TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • Commissions are for personal use only by default.

  • Visual references are highly encouraged especially for poses/expression.

  • I reserve the right to reject a commission request if I feel I am unable to fulfill the request.

  • I reserve the right to post the commission in any stage to any of my portfolios and social media in a lower quality/watermarked.

  • Please do not claim the art as your own.

  • Please credit me (@raisinshx) or include a link to any of my socials.

  • I do not condone using my art for AI training/analysis.

WON'T DO

  • I will not accept Heavy Armor, Mecha, NSFW, Elderly Characters, and characters I feel not confident to draw.

EDITS & PROCESS

  • A general process of the whole commission work would be color sketch>line art>full render.

  • Work in progress after lineart will only be given upon request.

  • Revisions are free during the initial sketch stage, minor revisions can only be made after lineart stage is approved.

  • If commissioner want to change anything once the commission is completed, extra fees might apply.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated timeline for a commission is usually 2 weeks ~ 2 months depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule.

  • If there is a delay due to some unforeseen occurs will be given a notice in advance.

  • The complete file will be deliver in .png image (unless otherwise specified) along with a watermarked and an unwatermarked version.

PAYMENT & REFUND

  • The commission work will only start once the first payment is received.

  • Payment can be done fully upfront or 50% upfront, remaining after lineart process is completed.

  • All price are in USD and I accept payment via PayPal, Wise and bank transfer (for Malaysian client).

  • There is no refund and cancellations once payment has been made.

  • In the event that the commission cannot be finished due to any personal reasons after the payment has been made, I will notify you and will issue a refund.

COMMUNICATION

  • I will contact via email or social media messaging if email is unreachable.

  • Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.

  • My response time may vary from 1 to 2 weeks in order to provide better or more concrete updates.

HOW TO COMMISSION

  1. You can place a commission through Vgen or fill this form.

  2. I will email you with a timeslot and estimate timeline for your commission together with your invoice or proposal for Vgen.

  3. I accept full payment or 50% down payment before starting the commission. Once the payment is done your slot is confirmed.

  4. If the downpayment is paid first the remaining will need to be cleared after the lineart is approved to proceed the rest of the work.

  5. After the work is completed I will send the final image to your email/contact.
